Electronic Reproduction of ALI Materials

Several ALI publications are available electronically. The current Restatements of the Law, including case citation Appendix Volumes and recent pocket parts, are available on a CD-ROM from the West Group.

The current Restatements and some recent Tentative Drafts are also available online through Westlaw (db "REST") and Lexis ("RESTAT" file in the "2NDARY" Library); contact your local Westlaw and Lexis representatives for more information or call l-800-WESTLAW (for Westlaw) or 1-800-543-6862 (for Lexis). In addition, Westlaw’s "ULA" database contains both the Uniform Commercial Code and the Model Penal Code; the UCC can also be accessed in Lexis’s "2NDARY" Library. The Institute’s Principles of Corporate Governance is found in Westlaw’s "ALI-CORPGOV" database.
