MEETING INFORMATION:
This will be the last meeting of this project which started in 1992.
This last meeting will be an opportunity to celebrate a great milestone for our Reporters and for The American Law Institute. The ALI would like to thank our Advisers and Members for all your contributions to this project.
We hope that you will be able to join us at this last meeting and the few celebratory events surrounding it.
JOINT MEETING: Saturday, November 13 (9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.).
Continental breakfast available at 8:30 a.m. Lunch will also be provided.
MATERIALS: The draft for this meeting is not yet available, you will be notified when materials are available.
This project will produce a new four-volume Restatement that will supersede the Restatement Second, Trusts. Three volumes have been published; they cover the nature, creation, and elements of trusts; interests and rights of beneficiaries; trust modification and termination; and powers and duties of trustees. Work continues on the fourth volume which will cover trustee, beneficiary, and third-party liability, and principal and income accounting.
ALI MEMBERS ' RECEPTION:
ALI and the University of Iowa College of Law will host a Reception on Friday, November 12 (4:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m., subject to change) to celebrate the work of Professor Edward Halbach, Jr.

DINNER OUTING:
ALI will host a dinner on Friday, November 12 at 7:00 p.m. at Hotel Vetro following the reception at the Law School (see above).
We will also host a Special Dinner Outing on Saturday, November 13 after the meeting. This dinner will be a great opportunity to celebrate the end of the project and our Reporters ' hard work.
The dinner will be hosted at a restaurant on the Amana Colonies located within a 30 minute drive of Iowa City (www.amanacolonies.com). We will provide transportation for members and their guests.
