The Institute hosts several types of meetings to support its mission of legal reform. Our published work results from the contributions made by our meeting participants.
Members of the Institute are invited to our Annual Meeting in mid-May.
Our Advisers meetings bring together small groups of experts selected by the Institute to work on a specific ALI project. Advisers typically meet once a year.
ALI members may join the Members Consultative Group (MCG) for any project and participate in our MCG meetings. MCG meetings typically occur once a year for each project. To join an MCG, log in to the ALI extranet.
The Institute is governed by its Council, a volunteer board of directors that oversees the management of ALI's business and affairs. The Council ordinarily meets in May, October, and December.
The Institute may occasionally co-sponsor conferences related to the work of the Institute.
