Howard Klein is the principal of his firm Howard Bruce Klein, PC, where he practices in the areas of white collar criminal defense, civil litigation, and False Claims Act representations, primarily in federal court.  He represents individuals, corporations, chief executive officers, and employees of corporations both publicly and closely held, in a full range of economic and white collar cases.

Previous he was a partner at Blank Rome from 1987 to 1996 and chaired the litigation department there for three years; an Assistant U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania from 1980 to 1987, including service as Chief of Criminal Division; an Assistant Attorney General in the Wisconsin Department of Justice from 1977 to 1980; and law clerk for Justice Robert W. Hansen of the Wisconsin Supreme Court from 1976 to 1977.
