David Wilson is an arbitration and litigation lawyer whose practice focuses on preventing, solving, and (as arbitrator) adjudicating business disputes in the U.S. and abroad. He is a Colorado attorney and a Solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales. He is the former Vice Chair of the ICC Commission on Arbitration and ADR, a fellow of the American Bar Foundation and the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, and a senior fellow of Litigation Counsel of America.
