Ambassador Keith M. Harper (ret.) is a Partner and Chair of the Native American Practice Group at Jenner & Block. From 2014-2017 he served as United States Ambassador and Permanent Representative to the U.N. Human RIghts Council in Geneva, Switzerland. Ambassador Harper was previously a partner and Chair of the Native American Practice Group at Kilpatrick, Toensend & Stockton LLP.  He has taught law as an adjunct professor at American University Washington College of Law and Catholic University Law School.  He clerked for Judge Lawrence Pierce on the United States Court of Appeals, Second Circuit, and is a Root-Tilden-Snow Scholar, a Skadden Fellow, and a Rockefeller Next Generation Leadership Fellow.  From 2011 to 2014, Ambassador Harper served as a Commissioner on the Presidential Commission for White House Fellows.
