Ken Hammer is the Chief Legal Officer of Toshiba Global Commerce Solutions where he manages legal support for this company specializing in retail technology solutions in over 68 countries.

Ken has worked as a lawyer for a variety of international technology companies (e.g., IBM, Lenovo, SAS Institute, and Toshiba Global Commerce Solutions). He was a contributor to the ALI's Principles of Software Licensing and is an Adjunct Professor of copyright law at UNC Chapel Hill and Campbell University law schools.
