Author of Jurisdictional Problems in International Commercial Arbitration and two editions of Consumer Financial Services Complaints and Compensation, the only book on that subject. Former co- and sole chair of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators Arbitration Sub-Committee and member of that Institute's Practice and Standards Committee.
