Elisa White is the Vice President & System Compliance Officer for Arkansas Children's, the only health system in Arkansas solely dedicated to caring for children. In her role, she plans, designs, implements, and maintains compliance programs, policies, and procedures for a system with two hospitals, a research institute, a philanthropic foundation, regional clinics and alliances, telemedicine, and statewide outreach programs.

Before joining Arkansas Children’s, Elisa served from 2007 to 2021 as the Vice President and General Counsel of the Arkansas Hospital Association, a trade association representing more than 100 institutional members and approximately 40,000 hospital staff members.

Prior to that, she was a partner at Kutak Rock from 2001 to 2007 where she practiced as a member of the national health law team in the areas of health care regulatory and corporate law and focused on corporate governance, regulatory compliance, contracting and business transactions.

From 1997 to 2001, Ms. White was an associate at Wright, Lindsey & Jennings, where she practiced in the areas of health care and corporate law, focusing primarily on the regulatory compliance and transactional aspects of the health care practice.
