Elisa White has been the Vice President and General Counsel of the Arkansas Hospital Association since 2007. After serving two years as outside legal counsel to a trade association representing more than 100 institutional members and approximately 40,000 hospital staff members, Ms. White moved in-house to establish the organization’s first in-house counsel position.
Prior to that, she was a partner at Kutak Rock from 2001 to 2007 where she practiced as a member of the national health law team in the areas of health care regulatory and corporate law and focused on corporate governance, regulatory compliance, contracting and business transactions.
From 1997 to 2001, Ms. White was an associate at Wright, Lindsey & Jennings, where she practiced in the areas of health care and corporate law, focusing primarily on the regulatory compliance and transactional aspects of the health care practice.
