Nancy L. Cohen is an Attorney at MiletichCohen PC located in Denver, Colorado. Her practice focuses on the representation of lawyers and law firms in legal malpractice matters and grievance defense, and commercial litigation.
Ms. Cohen provides ethics advice to law firms and in-house counsel. In addition to the lawyer grievance defense work, she defends other professionals on matters concerning professional licensure issues and also has extensive experience in commercial litigation and employment issues.
Before forming MiletichCohen PC, Ms. Cohen was of counsel with the civil trial firm of Wheeler Trigg O’Donnell LLP. She previously was the Chief Deputy Regulation Counsel for the Colorado Supreme Court Office of Attorney Regulation Counsel where she investigated and prosecuted lawyers.
