Kathleen DeLaney is the Managing Partner of DeLaney & DeLaney LLC, a litigation firm started by Kathleen and her mother Ann DeLaney in January 2002.

Before starting her legal career, Ms. DeLaney was a Foreign Service Officer for the U.S. Department of State in 1991 to 1993.

Immediately after law school, she clerked for then-U.S. District Judge David F. Hamilton of the Southern District of Indiana (and now of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit).

A frequent presenter, she spoke before the the Seventh Circuit Bar Association and Judicial Conference on "The Slippery Application of Daubert to Non-Scientific Evidence."
