Sheila DiTullio is an Acting New York State Supreme Court Justice and an elected Judge of Erie County Court, having been elected to her first 10-year term in 1995. She was re-elected in 2005 and is currently the supervising judge of the Criminal Courts of Allegany, Cattaraugus, Chautauqua, Erie, Genesee, and Wyoming counties.
Prior to her election, Judge DiTullio was an Assistant District Attorney and Chief of the Grand Jury Bureau in the Erie County District Attorney’s Office. She also taught the Trial Technique course as a lecturer at the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Law.
