Mark Schneider is General Counsel for International Association of Machinists & Aerospace Workers (IAM). He previously served as Associate General Counsel of the Service Employees International Union (SEIU). Prior to that, he was a partner at Jenner & Block LLC where he specialized in trial and appellate litigation and regulatory work at the Federal Communications Commission and the Justice Department. Mr. Schneider was a law clerk for Judge James Oakes on the Second Circuit Court of Appeals and for Justice Harry Blackmun.
