Aaron D. Ford is a partner at Eglet Prince. He was previously a partner at Snell & Wilmer LLP, where his practice concentrated on complex commercial litigation, alternative dispute resolution, and products liability.
Mr. Ford’s litigation and dispute resolution experience includes representing clients on a variety of complex commercial, bankruptcy, toxic tort, product liability and pro bono matters. His experience also includes conducting simulations and mediations, and litigating a wide range of disputes. The spectrum of practice areas include: breach of contract, strict liability, negligence, failure to warn product liability claims, misrepresentation and fraud disputes, employment disputes, large consumer class actions, international maritime disputes and other international cases related to consumer protection, bankruptcy-related matters, banking and lender liability, fiduciary duties, state and federal securities litigation, and internal audit committee investigations.
Mr. Ford is the former law clerk of Judge Johnnie B. Rawlinson, United States Circuit Judge for the Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit (2002-2003), and former law clerk of Judge Denise Page Hood, United States District Judge for the Eastern District of Michigan (2001-2002).
Ford is also the Minority Leader of the Nevada State Senate and represents Nevada's 11th Senatorial District.
