Bennett Capers to Deliver Keynote Speech at University of Connecticut School of Law

Dedicated to reviewing academic insights about criminal justice in conjunction with the community and putting those insights into practice, the University of Connecticut School of Law is launching the Center on Community Safety, Policing, and Inequality. Bennett Capers of Fordham School of Law will deliver the keynote speech.
