Harold Hongju Koh Presents ‘The Trump Administration and International Law’

Yale Law School professor Harold Hongju Koh presented “The Trump Administration and International Law” for the 40th Annual Foulston Siefkin Lecture at Washburn University School of Law. Professor Koh’s lecture explored the key areas of U.S foreign policy, including whether, and to what extent, the new administration can permanently change the nature of the U.S. relationship with international law and institutions.

Professor Koh is a former Dean of Yale Law School, and recently served as the 22nd Legal Adviser of the U.S. Department of State and as Assistant Secretary of State for the Democracy of Human Rights and Labor. As Legal Adviser, Professor Koh received the Secretary of State’s Distinguished Service Award.
