Richard Revesz Presents Inaugural Lecture
ALI Director Richard Revesz of NYU School of Law presented the inaugural lecture, “Regulation and Rationality,” at the opening ceremony of the new academic year at Universitat Pompeu Fabra in Barcelona, Spain on September 25. His address focused on the politics and benefits of a rational regulatory system in the environmental, employee safety, and consumer product landscapes.
