Jeremy Fogel Receives the Samuel E. Gates Litigation Award

The American College of Trial Lawyers has given Jeremy D. Fogel of Berkeley Judicial Institute, UC Berkeley Law School the 2023 Samuel E. Gates Litigation Award.

The award was established in 1980 to honor a lawyer or judge who has made significant contributions to improving the litigation process.
