Sue Robinson retired as a Judge on the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware in July 2017, after more than 25 years of service. At the time of her appointment in 1991, she was a Magistrate Judge in the District of Delaware. She served as chief judge of the court from 2000-07.
Judge Robinson previously served as Assistant U.S. Attorney for the District of Delaware in the U.S. Attorney’s Office from 1983 to 1988. Prior to that, she was in private practice attorney in Delaware from 1978 to 1983.
