Linda Sugin is a Professor of Law at Fordham Law School, where she teaches courses in Federal Taxation and Nonprofit Organizations. She is co-author of a textbook for the basic course on income taxation, The Individual Tax Base: Cases, Problems and Policies in Federal Taxation (2002), and most of her recent scholarship focuses on issues of distributive justice in taxation.
