Mike Troncoso has served as a legal and policy advisor to elected leaders and chief executives across numerous sectors. He works as of counsel at Robbins Geller Rudman & Dowd LLP. Earlier, Mike served as chief counsel and chief of public policy to California Attorney General Kamala D. Harris. As the Attorney General's primary legal and policy advisor, he developed and executed the Attorney General's department-wide priorities and oversaw the department’s most sensitive litigation, legislative, and enforcement matters. He served as a trial attorney and assistant chief attorney for policy in the San Francisco District Attorney's office. In addition, Mike served as a Vice President at the Chan Zuckerberg Initiative and as managing counsel for health affairs and technology for the University of California, where he advised the UC's health and hospital systems on regulatory matters, governance, and transactions. Early in his career, he was a litigation associate at two international law firms and a law clerk to a federal district court judge in Los Angeles.

In recognition of his advocacy work, Mike was named one of the “Top 20 Attorneys Under 40” in California and was named California Lawyer’s Attorney of the Year. He is a proud member of the Latino Corporate Directors Association and the Hispanic National Bar Association.
