Rachel Bloomekatz is the founder of Bloomekatz Law LLC, where she focuses on Supreme Court, appellate, and complex litigation in federal and state courts. She is an experienced attorney and advocate representing plaintiffs and public interest organizations across the United States. She has briefed and argued cases on a broad range of issues, from voting rights to the First Amendment, from class actions to consumers’ and workers’ rights, from gun safety to juvenile justice, and from administrative law to public health. Video recordings of Rachel’s arguments have been used as a model to teach effective oral advocacy to first-year students at Harvard Law School. In every matter, she brings experience not only from having clerked at the U.S. Supreme Court, but also from having worked in the public sector as an Assistant Attorney General in Massachusetts and in the private sector with the nation’s top appellate attorneys.
