Deborah Archer Is a Recipient of CLEA’s Outstanding Advocate for Clinical Teachers Award

The Clinical Legal Education Association (CLEA) has awarded Deborah N. Archer of New York University School of Law the 2023 Outstanding Advocate for Clinical Teachers Award.

CLEA advocates for clinical legal education as a fundamental aspect in the education of lawyers. This award honors an individual who “has served as a voice for clinical teachers and who has contributed to the advancement of experimental legal education.”

Archer is the program director of Clinical and Advocacy Programs and associate dean for Experimental Education and Clinical Program at NYU School of Law.
