Marilyn Holifield’s Quest for Social Justice

The Harvard Law Bulletin features a story of the journey and efforts for social justice of ALI member Marilyn Holifield of Holland & Knight LLP and her brother, Bishop Holifield. Both Marilyn and Bishop Holifield are Gertrude E. Rush Award recipients, an honor awarded by the National Bar Association.

Ms. Knight has been an ALI member since 1988, and is currently an Adviser for the Restatement of the Law Third, Torts: Intentional Torts to Persons project.
