The Law of American Indians
This color chart, set forth in black and white on pages 443 to 444 of The Law of American Indians official text, is maintained by the United States Department of Justice to assist the public on the “maze” of Indian country criminal jurisdiction. The chart’s colors distinguish the federal, tribal, and state crimes involved.
Data Privacy
This document, mentioned on page 16 of the Data Privacy official text, lists the most influential policy documents and statutes that express Fair Information Practice Principles (FIPPs). FIPPs establish duties and responsibilities for entities that process personal data. They also describe the interests that people should have regarding their data.
Election Administration
These three calendars, found in black and white on pages 188 to 191 of the Election Administration official text, are color coded to distinguish the different procedures involved.
