As the managing partner of Quarles & Brady’s Phoenix office, the associate general counsel of Quarles & Brady as a whole, and a broadly experienced litigator, Nicole Stanton is a defender of both large and small institutions, as well as the individuals within them. As AGC, she works with other law firms to defend Quarles’ interests, so she functions simultaneously as inside and outside counsel, reflecting an ability to see all sides of the matters on which she works, from both the client's and the advocate's perspectives.

Ms. Stanton has served as defense counsel for several local and national law firms, as well as Quarles, along with representing accounting firms, financial institutions, and insurance brokers, but she also has handled cases involving real estate, tribal land disputes, breaches of contract, and even horses.

In addition to her work as a litigator, Ms. Stanton assists and counsels both startup and established franchisors on a wide range of franchise law matters, such as the preparation of disclosure documents, the creation of franchise agreements, and various other related corporate and business matters.
