Mira Baylson is an attorney with the firm of Cozen O’Connor. Ms. Baylson focuses her practice on white collar defense and investigations and complex litigation and class actions. She regularly counsels clients and corporations on a wide range of legal and regulatory issues, particularly related to intersection of civil and criminal government enforcement. She has extensive experience representing clients in matters arising from allegations involving fraud, public corruption, bribery, insider trading, Foreign Corrupt Practice Act (FCPA), customs violations, Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO), and consumer protection and privacy statutes. Mira is well versed in sentencing and other collateral issues related to potential criminal convictions.  

Recently named one of Pennsylvania’s Super Lawyers Rising Stars, she is a seasoned trial attorney, equally effective in state and federal court with several successful jury trials under her belt. Ms. Baylson frequently handles complex litigation with a particular focus on defending putative class actions in federal and state courts across the country. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Baylson was at an international law firm. At the start of her career, Ms. Baylson worked as a public defender in Philadelphia and tried more than 100 cases to verdict.  

A Philadelphia native, Ms. Baylson is intimately familiar with the city, its courts, and government. She is a wealth of knowledge for clients navigating that terrain and regularly assists her clients to obtain successful outcomes regarding potential civil and criminal enforcement actions.
