The 2022 Brand-Manatt Lecture with John Bellinger

The International and Comparative Law Program at George Washington University Law School will be hosting the 2022 Brand-Manatt Lecture featuring John B. Bellinger III of Arnold & Porter. His lecture is entitled “International and National Security Law Challenges for the Biden Administration.” Dayna Bowen Matthew and Sean David Murphy, both of GW Law School, will deliver welcoming remarks.

The Brand-Manatt Lecture was established in 2016 by Joseph L. Brand and Charles T. Manatt. Manatt was the former U.S. Ambassador to the Dominican Republic and chair of the Democratic National Committee. Harold Hongju Koh of Yale Law School gave the Brand-Manatt lecture in 2018.
