Roscoe Jones Jr. of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher has been elected chairman of the American Constitution Society’s board of directors.
“I am honored to have this opportunity to serve as Chair of the ACS Board of Directors, particularly at such a pressing time for our country,” said Jones in the announcement. “Not since ACS was launched in 2001, has our mission and the progressive legal movement been so important in upholding the rule of law, vindicating our fundamental freedoms, and safeguarding democracy.”
