The American Law Institute Elects 45 New Members

PHILADELPHIA—The American Law Institute today announced the names of the 45 newly elected members. These outstanding judges, lawyers, and law professors hail from 15 states and the District of Columbia, as well as four new international members from China, Italy, and the Republic of Palau.

ALI President Roberta Cooper Ramo said: "The great impact of the work of the ALI has always depended upon having members—judges, lawyers in practice and scholars—whose abilities are at the very top of the spectrum. These 45 new members enable us to continue to serve our American democracy in the way our Founders hoped."
