The American Law Institute, in partnership with the Center on Civil Justice at NYU School of Law, is thrilled to announce the inaugural program, Public Nuisance Litigation: Expansion of a Super Tort, taking place February 19, 2027, at NYU School of Law and available via live webcast.
Public nuisance cases have exploded in recent years. The planning chairs for this program have designed a conference bringing together the people and perspectives at the forefront of public nuisance litigation. The goal of this one-day conference is to foster a constructive conversation about where this tort stands and where it’s going.
