Douglas Fasciale Confirmed to New Jersey Supreme Court

The New Jersey Senate has confirmed Douglas M. Fasciale as an associate justice of the New Jersey Supreme Court. He previously served as a judge on the Superior Court of New Jersey for nearly 18 years.

At the assignment of Chief Justice Stuart Rabner, Fasciale has been temporarily filling a vacancy on the Supreme Court. On September 14, Governor Phil Murphy nominated Fasciale to a permanent position on the court.
