This year’s DRI Insurance Coverage and Practice Symposium will feature a segment on the Restatement of the Law, Liability Insurance project. The panel includes Liability Insurance Reporter Tom Baker of the University of Pennsylvania Law School and will be moderated by Laura A. Foggan of Wiley Rein LLP, who serves as liaison to the Liability Insurance project. The educational event for insurance executives, claims professionals and outside counsel who specialize in insurance coverage will be held in New York City from December 7 to 9.
