The ABA Journal has published an article discussing Emily Buss of University of Chicago Law School’s course, “The Constitutional Rights of Young People, from Young Peoples’ Point of View.”
Buss’ research areas include children’s and parents' rights and the legal system’s allocation of responsibility for children’s development among parent, child, and state. She is an Associate Reporter on Restatement of the Law, Children and the Law.
