The Federalist Society is hosting a webinar examining the evolving role of the American Bar Association (ABA) as the federally recognized accreditor for U.S. law schools. The program will explore ongoing debates surrounding accreditation standards, curricular requirements, and the broader purpose of legal education, as well as recent developments in states that have reconsidered whether attendance at an ABA-accredited law school should remain a prerequisite for bar eligibility.
