Micalyn S. Harris has died at age 80. An ALI member since 1998, Harris enjoyed participating in ALI’s work, serving in the Members Consultative Group for a number of projects including Model Penal Code: Sexual Assault and Related Offenses and Restatement of the Law Third, Torts: Liability for Economic Harm.
Harris worked for ADR Services as an arbitrator, mediator, and arbitration strategist. She served as Vice-President, Secretary and General Counsel at Winpro Inc. for over 20 years. Before joining Winpro, Harris was an attorney at Weil, Gotshal & Manges. In addition to her participating with ALI, she was a member of the American Bar Association’s Activities and the Business Law Sections.
