ALI member Paul D. Butler of Georgetown University Law Center will participate in the University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law’s 33rd Annual Jefferson B. Fordham Debate on October 19. The debate, slated to begin at 6:00 p.m., will center on the legalization of marijuana in the United States and be live-streamed on the university’s YouTube channel.
