Revisions to Tentative Draft No. 2 of Restatement of the Law, Consumer Contracts are available to ALI members and project participants on the project page. A login is required to access this page. The comparison document shows the changes made in response to the discussion at the 2022 Annual Meeting.

ALI members and project participants should submit any comments on the changes by Monday, August 1. Comments should be limited to the revisions to Tentative Draft No. 2 shown in the comparison document.
