Charles Wolfram

Charles Wolfram is a distinguished scholar in the field of legal ethics and professional responsibility. After his graduation from the University of Texas School of Law, Wolfram spent two years in private practice Covington & Burling’s Washington office. He began teaching at the University of Minnesota Law School in 1965, and remained there for sixteen years. He joined the Cornell Law School Faculty in 1982. He served as Associate Dean for Academic Affairs at Cornell Law from 1986 to 1990 and as Interim Dean from 1998 to 1999. Wolfram served as Chief Reporter for Restatement of the Law Third, The Law Governing Lawyers and authored Modern Legal Ethics, a leading text on the subject.
