Ms. Pudlin retired from the PNC Financial Services Group where she served as Executive Vice President and General Counsel.  She served as General Counsel for more than 18 years and was a member of the Executive Committee of the corporation.  Before joining PNC, she was a partner in the law firm of Ballard Spahr, where she was a commercial litigator and the co-chair of the firm’s health law group.

Pudlin is on the Board of Advisors of the University of Pennsylvania Law School,  She is  member of the Board of Trustees of the Wistar Institute, where she previously served as Board Chair, and is a member of the Board of Trustees of The Penn Mutual Life Insurance Company,, where she serves as Lead Trustee. She also is a Strategic Advisor and Executive Coach at BarkerGilmore LLP. She previously served on the Board of Directors of BlackRock, Inc.
