Kenneth Ross is a former in-house lawyer at Westinghouse Electric and Emerson Electric and has practiced in the areas of product safety, regulatory compliance and product liability prevention for over 40 years. He was also a partner and Of Counsel to Bowman and Brooke LLP for 33 years. He provides legal advice on safety management, design, warnings, instructions, post-sale duties including recalls and reporting to the CPSC, NHTSA and FDA, document management, marketing and advertising, contracts and regulatory compliance. He also serves as an expert witness on these issues.
