Caryn McNeill is a partner with Smith Anderson, where she leads the firm's Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation practice group. Her work involves advising public and private companies on all aspects of the design, implementation and administration of employee benefit plans and executive compensation arrangements. A significant part of her practice is devoted to counseling and negotiating on behalf of clients in the context of mergers and acquisitions.
Ms. McNeill served as President of the North Carolina Bar Association in 2017-2018.
