Manuel Farach is a partner in the West Palm Beach office of Taft Stettinius & Hollister, LLP where he represents clients in complex real estate, business, and appellate matters, including complex commercial litigation and real estate transactionsl and litigation. He is board certified by the Florida Bar in the areas of Business Litigation, Real Estate, and Appellate Law, and is listed in Chambers and Partners, LawDragon 500 Leading Global Real Estate Lawyers, The Best Lawyers in America, U.S. News Best Lawyers, Florida Trend’s Legal Elite, and Florida Super Lawyers.
Manny is an elected member of the Florida Bar Board of Governors, the Board of Governors of the American College of Real Estate Lawyers, and of the American Law Institute. He is past Chair of the Business Law Section of the Florida Bar, the Florida Supreme Court Committee on Standard Jury Instructions for Contract Cases, the Judicial Nominating Commissions for the Fourth District Court of Appeal and the Nineteenth Circuit Court, and the American Bar Association’s Real Property Litigation Group. Manny serves as an arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association and as a Florida Supreme Court Certified Civil Mediator. He is past President of several voluntary bar organizations.
Manny is a frequent lecturer and speaker, an adjunct professor at the Florida State University College of Law, and former adjunct professor of Business Law at Palm Beach Atlantic University. He is the author of "Florida Real Estate Law," the real estate treatise in West’s Florida Practice Series, and publishes his weekly Case Law Update summarizing Florida and Federal real estate and business cases. Manny has been recognized by his peers by several awards, including Board Certified Lawyer of the Year by The Florida Bar, Member of the Year by the Florida Bar Business Law Section, the Judge Edward Rodgers Diversity Award and Sidney Stubbs Professionalism Awards by the Palm Beach County Bar Association, the Legal Aid Society Pro Bono Award, Lawyer of the Year for Real Estate Litigation by The Best Lawyers in America, the “Hall of Fame” by Florida Trend’s Legal Elite, and as one of Florida’s “Top 100 Lawyers” by Florida Super Lawyers.
