Bosworth
Michael Bosworth is a partner and deputy general counsel at Goldman Sachs, where he oversees a number of global functions including litigation, employment law, and corporate governance. Prior to joining the firm, Michael worked at Latham & Watkins LLP, where he was a partner and co-chair of the New York Litigation and Trial Department. Previously, he worked as deputy assistant and deputy counsel to the President and special counsel to the director of the Federal Bureau of Investigation. Earlier in his career, Michael served as co-chief of the Complex Frauds Unit in the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Southern District of New York and clerked for Justice Stephen G. Breyer of the U.S. Supreme Court, Robert A. Katzmann of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, and Jed S. Rakoff of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York.
