Kathleen M. Sullivan is a retired partner at Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan, LLP, where she was the founding chair of the firm's national appellate practice. The former Dean of Stanford Law School, she joined the firm in 2005 after a long and storied career as a professor of law at Harvard and Stanford Law Schools, where she taught constitutional law to several generations of law students and coauthored the nation's leading casebook on Constitutional Law.
