Zachary

Jennifer Zachary is the executive vice president and general counsel at Merck & Co. Prior to joining Merck, she practiced at Covington & Burling LLP (2011-2018), was the Associate chief counsel for enforcement at the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (2005-20011), and was a special assistant U.S. attorney at the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Columbia., Civil Division, Special Assistant U.S. Attorney (2009).  Jennifer serves on the board of directors for NASDAQ-traded REGENXBIO Inc. and is a board member of Code the Dream, a non-profit organization that teaches software development to people from diverse, low-income backgrounds.
