Goforth

Professor Goforth is a Distinguished Professor and the Wylie H. Davis Centennial Professor of Law at the University of Arkansas, in Fayetteville. She has decades of experience with corporate, securities, and business law issues in the U.S., and has published two dozen articles dealing with the regulation of cryptotransactions. She is also the author of Regulation of Cryptoassets (3d Ed. West Academic, forthcoming 2026), with Yuliya Guseva.
