A strong advocate for legal education, ethics, and rural justice, Emily volunteers on multiple taskforces and advisory panels, including those addressing trucking litigation specialization and civil trial practice. She was appointed by Indiana Chief Justice Loretta Rush to several key committees, including the Indiana Civil Litigation Taskforce and the Committee on Rules of Practice and Procedure.
