Rachel Okun is the founder and owner of Okun Law PLLC, a personal injury law firm in Falmouth, Maine. She represents individuals who have been injured in motor vehicle collisions, premises liability incidents, and other negligence matters throughout Maine.

Rachel currently serves as President of the Maine State Bar Association. She is a Fellow of the American Bar Foundation and was recognized by the American Bar Association Young Lawyers Division as an On the Rise – Top 40 Young Lawyer. She is also a longtime volunteer with legal and community organizations focused on access to justice and professional development.

Before founding Okun Law, Rachel practiced in both insurance defense and plaintiff-side litigation, giving her a unique perspective on civil claims and dispute resolution. She earned her J.D., cum laude, from the University of Maine School of Law and her bachelor's degree from the University of Southern Maine.
