Mollen
Abby Mollen is a partner at Bartlit Beck in Chicago and is an experienced trial lawyer and skilled legal strategist. Clients rely on her keen judgment and advocacy in their most complex and important matters. She has served as trial counsel throughout the country in a wide range of substantive areas including breach of contract, patent infringement, accountant liability, and breach of fiduciary duty. Abby also has significant appellate litigation experience.
In addition to her practice at Bartlit Beck, Abby has served as a member of the law faculty at Northwestern Pritzker School of Law, where she has taught courses in separation of powers and complex litigation. Abby graduated first in her class from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law and joined Bartlit Beck following clerkships for Justice Sonia Sotomayor of the United States Supreme Court and Judge David S. Tatel of the United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit.
